HAYES, John G.

On Tuesday, May 15, 2012, John Hayes of Edmonton passed away at the age of 63 years. He will be survived by his children: Nick, Aaron and Terry, step-father Clarence. John’s two favorite things in life were his family and his career in television.

Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday May 23, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at Evergreen Funeral Chapel (16204 Fort Road, Edmonton). In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of John may be made to the charity of one’s choice.

John will be missed by his loving family and friends.
