Obituary

Ernest Michael Mushtuk (Ernie)
February 13, 1938 – September 18, 2021

With heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Ernie Mushtuk, beloved husband, father, and grandfather.

Ernie will be remembered as one of the founders of the YR Radio network that served the people of West Central Alberta from 1968 – 1999. He will also be remembered for his many fundraising and community development projects. His thoughtfulness and kindness touched all who met him. Ernie is survived by his wife Olga, children Jason (Annie), Dean, and Lisa, and grandchildren Jaedinn and Awstten. The surviving family would like to thank everybody for their support, wishes, and condolences in helping them through this trying time. He will be deeply missed.
