Jack enjoyed a varied career in the business world, only a portion of which was in broadcasting. He began as a Sales/Promotions executive at CJCA in Edmonton, followed, in time, by a position as sales person for Molson’s. He then moved into the hospitality industry by opening two bed-and-breakfast operations which he eventually sold. During Klondike Days, he acted as emcee for the launching of the annual Raft Race.
Jack in now retired and, with his wife, has moved to Cochrane, Alberta.
