Fred Vos had an enjoyable and productive career with CFRN-TV for over 34 years. Starting in 1964, when most television was done live, Fred initially worked in lighting, video and audio. Later, he moved to writing and producing commercials.

In 1969 Fred started producing, directing and writing programs. His career saw him involved in television productions that aired locally, throughout Canada, and internationally.

After he left CFRN, Fred continued to work on various projects as an independent producer/director.

Fred is married to Louise and has three children: Katherine, Cameron, and Erin.
