Obituary

KEITH, Robert 1915-2010 Bob slipped away peacefully on February 13, 2010, at the age of 95 years and 2 days. He is lovingly remembered by two sons, Rod (Evelyn) and Will (Cheryl), daughter-in-law Sharon, and grandchildren Evan, Graham, Ellen, Peter and Elora. He was predeceased by his wife Hazel in 1988 and his son Mac in 1996. At Bob’s request, no funeral will be held; cremation to take place. In lieu of flowers, we ask that you remember Bob by making a special effort to help someone less fortunate than yourself.

Biography

Bob Keith was a Control Room Operator at CJCA Radio until World War II, when he joined the Royal Canadian Air Force. After the war, he returned to CJCA and his previous job, until being transferred to station’s transmitter site in Ellerslie where he worked until retiring. During one year’s vacation, Bob and wife Hazel toured Europe on a motorcycle.
