 MILLER, Jacqueline Ivette

Jacqueline Ivette Miller passed away at the University of Alberta Hospital, December 26, 2011. Born in Timmins, Ontario, May 22, 1953 of Leon and Carmelle Dugas.
Pursued a very successful career at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation; was a script assistant, director and senior producer in both English and French production departments. Worked with A-Channel and the Big Breakfast show. Was a senior producer for Access Television. Moved into fund raising as a campaign manager for the Edmonton Poppy fund and with Meals on Wheels. Jacquie had a love of gardening and was an avid news hound in local and world events.
She was predeceased by her parents Carmelle and Leon and is loved and missed by her husband Greg, stepdaughter Siobhan, twin brother Jack (Sue), sisters Lise (Jim), Renelle (Franco) and Joanne (Dennis), nieces, Melanie, Natalie, Julie, Jessica, Lianne, Jenelle and nephews Christopher, Josh and Tyrell.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Park Place Funeral Home, 51 Broadway Boulevard, Sherwood Park, AB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Multiple Sclerosis Society as expressions of sympathy.
